Varias cajas solas, y las pocas que funcionaban, las cajeras abandonaban su puesto en varias ocasiones. Aparte la máquina de los turnos, no servia. Esto generó un desorden y lentitud del servicio. Llegué con mi mamá de 89 años ya que necesitaba ordenar su cuenta para que le puedan depositar su pensión ya que acaba de enviudar. No camina, la lleve en su silla de ruedas y con su oxigeno y salí a las 3.00 p.m., 3 horas esperando. No tienen las "ejecutivas" un poco de consideración para las personas mayores. Se le acabó el oxigeno y tuve que hablar a mi casa para que me trajeran el cargador y poderlo conectar. Al fín la Srita. Judith fué muy amable, ella esta en Servicio a Clientes y me dijo que me iba a abrir la cuenta lo más rápido posible. Pero es una pena que las señoritas que están en la puerta recibiendo a las personas no tengan consideración para una señora mayor. Today I had a very unpleasant experience at Banamex Altaria.
