Pides hablar con el gerente y carece de la más mínima actitud de servicio para el cliente. Ojo con esta sucursal, las 5 visitas que realice para intentar solucionar el mismo tema con ejecutivos escucho quejas y más quejas por parte de otros usuarios.
More than poor service, it is depressing, maddening, and unprofessional. Nobody solves anything for you. You ask to speak to the manager and he lacks the slightest customer service attitude. Les falta muchísima capacitación a sus empleados.
Poor service. Only two boxes working, all the people lined up outside and not a single chair occupied inside the branch. Also, extremely time consuming in operations.
