★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo ya que los cajeros automáticos no funcionan están cerrados con un alambre la puerta y ni siquiera hay un letrero.sino que hasta que vas a preguntar te dicen. Y luego te mandan a los de Juárez y tampoco funcionan que ineficiencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En cuanto AFORE: pésima atención por parte del Agente de Servicio Esther Cuevas Becerra. Tuvo unos modos horribles al brindarme la atención que requería, poniendo caras y contestando de una manera pedante.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio entre a las 12:20 me fueron atendiendo hasta las 4:30 desde principio brincaban mi turno no tenía interés para abrir mi cuenta para nómina al parecer no les dan comisión por está apertura.
Terrible service between 12:20 they were attending me until 4:30 from the beginning they jumped my shift I had no interest to open my account for payroll apparently they do not give commission for this opening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En movimientos de ventanilla es decente pero en el servicio a cliente es pésimo, a veces hay hasta 4 ejecutivos solucionandole a un solo cliente, la gerente es inexistente cuando hay problemas, nadie sabe cómo se llama (no por nada esa sucursal la asaltan con un papel de amenaza y huyen como si nada), cuando vayan a hacer un trámite consideren al menos hora y media de espera. Tampoco saquen dinero del cajero de noche, hay mucho asaltante afuera.
In window movements it is decent but in customer service it is terrible, sometimes there are up to 4 executives solving a single client, the manager is non-existent when there are problems, nobody knows what it is called (not for nothing that branch is assaulted with a role of threat and flee as if nothing), when you go to do a procedure consider at least an hour and a half of waiting. Also do not take money from the ATM at night, there is a lot of robbers outside.
