★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio!!! Tengo muy malas experiencias con esta sucursal . El personal no está capacitado o no tiene las habilidades para el puesto. Son demasiado lentoooos para atender desde cajas hasta ejecutivos. No respetan turnos , casi siempre hay fila y un simple trámite como depósito llegas a tardar más de 5 min en caja…. Ojalá mejoren, porque es una lástima que esta sucursal no tenga el mínimo nivel de eficiencia.
Terrible service!!! I have very bad experiences with this branch. Staff are not trained or do not have the skills for the position. They are too slow to serve from boxes to executives. They do not respect shifts, there is almost always a line and a simple procedure such as deposit takes more than 5 min at the checkout…. Hopefully they improve, because it is a pity that this branch does not have the minimum level of efficiency.
