★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20 días esperando que me regresen mi dinero de la na cuenta concentradora es ridiculo, como para abrir una cuenta duran 5 minutos y para cerrarla o para que te la descongelen tantos días y no me dan ninguna opción B y yo me regreso a E.U. El domingo otros años más con mi dinero congelado?
 20 days waiting for my money to be returned from the concentrating account is ridiculous, as to open an account it takes 5 minutes and to close it or to have it unfrozen for so many days and they do not give me any option B and I return to the United States. On Sunday other years with my money frozen?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, aún sin haber gente te hacen esperar y solo están platicando. No respetan el tiempo de sus clientes. Y al final te dicen que pases a otra área por que no hay sistema. Entonces que sirve en este lugar ????
Bad attention, even without people making you wait and they are just talking. They do not respect the time of their customers. And in the end they tell you to move to another area because there is no system. So what is it for here?

Terrible service, to spend with an executive more than 1 hour 30 minutes, executives without attending to the staff, jumping places.

Los Ejecutivos no sirven para nada de 5 Ejecutivos nomas hay 1 y el que está no sirve para nada repite lo mismo 20 veces y los demás ejecutivos se la pasan comiendo asqueroso servicio
Terrible Service
Executives are useless out of 5 Executives there is only 1 and the one that is useless repeats the same thing 20 times and the other executives spend their time eating disgusting service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - Solicité el cambio de domicilio para mi tarjeta de crédito pero al parecer no pudieron hacerlo.
- Solicité una portabilidad de nómina y la tarjeta a la fecha no funciona, ni en BancaNet ni en el cajero
- Solicité una tarjeta adicional de mi TDC y dicen que "solo puede hacerse vía telefónica" así que con eso basta para no hacer las cosas.
Los chavos de atención a cliente en ventanilla son bastante atentos y eficientes.
- I requested a change of address for my credit card but apparently they could not do it.
- I requested a payroll portability and the card to date does not work, neither in BancaNet nor in the ATM
- I requested an additional card from my TDC and they say that "it can only be done by phone" so that is enough to avoid doing things.
The customer service guys at the window are quite attentive and efficient.

- un tramite tarda una hora en promedio, 20 minutos de espera aunque hay banqueros desocupados, 40 minutos de tramite
Competencia muy baja:
- cheando colegas, llamando 2-3 gerentes
- usan la seguridad como pretexto para esconder fallos. De hecho me dejaron varias veces en peligro
En resumen son unas despotas parasitos
Dreadful attention:
- a procedure takes an hour on average, 20 minutes of waiting although there are unemployed bankers, 40 minutes of processing
Very low competition:
- checking colleagues, calling 2-3 managers
- use security as a pretext to hide bugs. In fact they left me several times in danger
In short, they are despotic parasites

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, te hacen esperar horas si no tienes cuenta con ellos, está bien que los clientes tienen preferencia, pero me dijeron que por cada 20 cuentahabiente, pasarían a una sin cuenta, he ido a otros bancos y por supuesto que le dan preferencia a sus clientes, pero en #Banamex es una exageración, eso ya tiende a ser discriminación.
Terrible service, they make you wait for hours if you don't have an account with them, it's good that customers have preference, but they told me that for every 20 account holders, they would go to one without an account, I've been to other banks and of course they give preference to their clients, but in #Banamex it is an exaggeration, that already tends to be discrimination.
