★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene una atención media rápida en los cajeros pero cuando se trata de la atención a clientes con los ejecutivos es demasiado lenta, los ejecutivos están desactualizados no saben si se cobra o no las transferencias a otros bancos, ni siquiera pueden entrar a su propia red Wi-Fi, están muy mal capacitados

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención suele ser rápida en ventanilla de los cajeros, pero para otros servicios es demasiado lenta, además de que la mayoría de los empleados son ineficientes. Tuve que regresar en múltiples ocasiones por un mismo trámite mal hecho.
Attention is usually quick at the teller window, but for other services it is too slow, and most of the employees are inefficient. I had to return multiple times for the same bad procedure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me han resuelto mis dudas y si lo hacen quedó igual de confundida, regular atención y servicio personal pero en aplicación móvil y cajero automático muy mal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es el unico banamex por está zona, lamentablemente son muy lentos, solo abren 2 cajas para unas 25 personas, los cajeros automaticos no funcionan. Es lamentable que a pesar de ser un buen banco tengan estos problemas grandes y no busquen una solución rapida. Ojala y lo solucionen. (Solucionaron lo de los cajeros a los 2 semanas aprox. pero siguen siendo lentos los que atienden adentro y los de servicio al cliente ni se diga hasta1 hora facil para ser atendido). Que pena ?
It is the only banamex in this area, unfortunately they are very slow, they only open 2 boxes for about 25 people, the ATMs do not work. It is unfortunate that despite being a good bank they have these big problems and do not seek a quick solution. Hopefully they fix it. (They solved the ATM thing after 2 weeks approx. But those who attend inside and those of customer service are still slow, not to mention up to 1 hour, easy to be attended to). What a pity ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal trato el de la entrada pensé que al tener tarjeta priority y ser embarazada te dan trato más rápido y no lo hicieron por mas que lo mencioné . Eso de tener tarjeta de priority no cuentA . Por cierto después de esperar se les fue la red y no es la primera vez que tengo este problema .
Very bad treatment at the entrance I thought that having a priority card and being pregnant they give you faster treatment and they didn't do it no matter how many times I mentioned it. That of having a priority card does not count. By the way, after waiting, the network went away and it's not the first time I've had this problem.
