Ni entiendo el porque no quieren entregarlos, argumentan que no tenían y era falso. They didn't want to give me a Token. I had to dial the corporate phone number to get it and still resist it. Nor do I understand why they do not want to deliver them, they argue that they did not have and it was false.

Se han inventado un “sistema de citas” que no existe para pasar a la gente de otros días y los que llegan y hacen fila se tienen que esperar. Intereses y comisiones por las nubes. S@antander está mucho mejor. Ratamex el peor banco. They put people who do not go in the ranks. Es casi como si gritaran: no queremos clientes!! Mas de 2 horas y entre las 3 señoritas atendieron a 4 personas en total. Y para colmo altaneras!! De no creerse Terrible attention and service. The young "bankers" take a thousand years and spend it talking and wasting time. It is almost as if they shouted: we don't want customers !! More than 2 hours and between the 3 ladies they attended to 4 people in total. And to make matters worse! Not to believe
