★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super pesimo servicio, tienen muchísima gente y ni así se ponen a trabajar todos, muchos tramites los pueden hacer los asesores pero prefieren que todo lo haga uno. PÉSIMO
 Super bad service, they have a lot of people and not even all of them get to work, many procedures can be done by the consultants but they prefer that everything be done by one. APPALLING

No te escapas de 20 a 30 minutos para un simple depósito.
As always very slow ... of 4 boxes only 2 open on Friday rush hour.
You don't skip 20 to 30 minutes for a simple deposit.

Very slow in their attention. Usually it has 2 of the 4 boxes enabled, so you don't miss at least 30 minutes for a simple deposit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En verdad son el peor banco de México, pésima atención por parte de "ejecutivos" si así se les puede decir, tiempo de espera increíbles de más de 2 horas para trámites de recoger una tarjeta y una gran preferencia por amigo de los ejecutivos, que dicen que son "Pyme" cuando hay un ejecutivo exclusivo para ellos
In truth they are the worst bank in Mexico, terrible attention from "executives" if you can tell them that way, incredible waiting times of more than 2 hours for procedures to collect a card and a great preference for a friend of the executives, who they say they are "Pyme" when there is an exclusive executive for them

The worst of all banks, very slow, they lack staff or train them to be more efficient since they ask each other everything, that's why they take longer
