★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo Servicio, el Gerente super prepotente y no se diga de las ejecutivas ademas son muy cerradas para brindar información, te piden que esperes tu turno para que al final te digan, le hace falto X o aquí no se puede realizar, cuando esto lo pueden filtrar desde el primer contacto con personal capacitado.... No nos hacen un favor!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Después de poner los "nuevos cajeros multiservicios" ya no puedes pasar a las ventanillas si tu depósito es menor a 3mil pesos, el colmo es que los cajeros 1 de 10 veces están funcionando correctamente. (sobre todo en esta sucursal)
La disposición del personal deja mucho que desear, no saben dar soluciones y te mandan a pagar a otra sucursal donde los cajeros tampoco funcionan bien, cuando es responsabilidad del banco tener sus servicios (por los que uno está pagando) funcionando al 100%.
Una lástima.

Deberían de modificar sus procesos ya qué son muy lento y demasiado tediosos.
