★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general la sucursal esta sucia y con mala iluminación. Las cajas funcionan con rapidez con excepción de la de servicio al cliente, la cual es un total calvario y como siempre solo una para toda la sucursal. Los ejecutivos son amables pero siempre hasta el tope, lo que ocasiona que su atención se vea distraida por sus interminables pendientes.
 In general, the branch is dirty and poorly lit. The boxes work quickly with the exception of the customer service box, which is a total ordeal and as always only one for the entire branch. Executives are friendly but always to the max, causing their attention to be distracted by their endless slopes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está muy lento el servicio , dejan esperando afuera a las personas con una hora y media parados y aún así te hacen pasar y no te atienden al momento ..No recomiendo esta sucursal en lo personal..
The service is very slow, they leave people waiting outside with an hour and a half standing still and even then they make you pass and they do not attend you at the moment. I do not recommend this branch personally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi caso solicité una tarjeta de crédito y me llamaron para agendarme una cita. Dichas citas son falsas, no las respetan. Y por si fuera poco, es más un comentario hacia el banco, no a la sucursal específica, te dan tarjetas dé crédito y luego se ve si te lo han otorgado o no (este último es lo más probable)... ¿Para que dan plásticos inútiles que van a terminar en la basura contaminando más? Mejor primero evalúen si la persona es digna y luego ya le dan el plástico ?
In my case, I applied for a credit card and they called me to make an appointment. These quotes are false, they do not respect them. And as if that were not enough, it is more a comment towards the bank, not the specific branch, they give you credit cards and then see if they have granted it or not (the latter is most likely) ... Why give useless plastics that will end up in the garbage polluting more? Better first evaluate if the person is worthy and then give him the plastic ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sucursal está en pésimas condiciones parece que es de los años 70, no tienen nada digital. Y el aire acondicionado no funciona. La persona que me atendió lo hizo rápido pero se quedó con mi INE por sacarle copias, tuve que regresar.
The branch is in terrible condition, it looks like it's from the 70's, they don't have anything digital. And the air conditioning doesn't work. The person who attended me did it quickly but he stayed with my INE for making copies of it, I had to return.
