The customer service is super slow and there is not a lot of staff in that area for customer service, the building is very beautiful but the service is very poor.

Ni hablar de los días de quincena en donde nunca funcionan las prácticas y las filas se vuelven interminables, si vas a atención a clientes es mejor llegar muy temprano (antes de que abrázame el banco), si vas más tarde puedes perder gran parte de la mañana sentado y esperando a que llegue tu número. Un mal necesario
They always have a lot of people and only a couple of boxes working. Not to mention the fortnightly days where the practices never work and the rows become endless, if you go to customer service it is better to arrive very early (before the bank opens), if you go later you can lose a large part of the morning sitting and waiting for your number to arrive. A necessary evil

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal comenta demasiado tiempo de espera (hasta de 4 horas) y no se ve la cantidad de personas en espera que comentan. Deberían agilizar los tramites en físico, implementar video llamadas, trámites online para no perder el tiempo y agilizar todo.
Staff comment too long (up to 4 hours) and you don't see the number of people waiting who comment. They should streamline physical procedures, implement video calls, online procedures to avoid wasting time and streamline everything.
