★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Repetire la misma opinión que la de abajo ya que es muy precisa...Pésimo servicio de ejecutivos de cuenta nada proactivos ni empáticos mal capacitados y por salir de un inconveniente te contestan con incoherencias. Muy mal citiBanamex, exacto he visto personas mayores y en general, formadas más de 2 horas para que en servicio a cliente les inventen respuestas con tal de no verse mal, o se laven las manos diciendo que tienen que llamar a servicio a cliente ya que no conocen bien su trabajo.
 Repetire the same opinion as the one below as it is very accurate ... Terrible service executives nothing proactive account or poorly trained empathic and out of an inconvenience you answer with inconsistencies. Very bad citiBanamex, accurate've seen elderly and in general, formed more than 2 hours in customer service make up their answers so as not to look bad, or wash their hands saying they have to call customer service because They not know their job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no puedo creer que en plena era digital te pidan impreso un comprobante de domicilio y el colmo para escanearlo y digitalizarlo. El ejecutivo pésimo trato con contestación. "No hay nada que hacer no lo recibimos por correo". Empresa no comprometida con el medio ambiente.
Terrible service, I can not believe that in the middle of the digital age they ask you to print a proof of address and the last straw to scan and digitize it. The lousy executive dealt with a reply. "There is nothing to do we do not receive it by mail." Company not committed to the environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen banco, el acceso rapido no hay mucho personal en ventanilla pudiera ser mas rapido, el personal luego solo esta platicando en vez de trabajar, a veces si sintio calor si llevar un rato, el personal muy accesible.
Good bank, quick access there is not much staff at the window could be faster, then the staff is just talking instead of working, sometimes if it felt hot if it took a while, the staff is very accessible.

Donde podria haber personal de citibanamex donde no se nieguen a darte la informacion y que la atencion al cliente sea la adecuada, ya que a mi Papá no se la dieron y se regresa a decirle al señor que no le dio la información que le solicito y lo mandaron de nuevo a formarse no se vale que traten asi a personas de la tercera edad y obvio si me meto con el se molestan porque ya no escucha muy bien y a la fecha en esta sucursal y la de meyehualco no han sido nada amables.
Terrible service the whore at the entrance very arrogant and the same as the one who attended us. Where could there be citibanamex personnel where they do not refuse to give you the information and that the customer service is adequate, since they did not give it to my Dad and he goes back to tell the man that he did not give him the information that I requested and They sent him back to training, it's not okay that they treat elderly people like that and obviously if I mess with him they get upset because he doesn't listen very well anymore and to date at this branch and the one in meyehualco they haven't been kind at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es amable, rápida y eficiente. Lo único desagradable es que haces fila en la calle para entrar a la sucursal y me toco el horario donde el calor estaba algo fuerte. Se que lo hacen para evitar aglomeraciones pero es contradictorio porque al entrar estaba llena la sucursal ?♀️
The service is friendly, fast and efficient. The only unpleasant thing is that you stand in line on the street to enter the branch and I had the time when the heat was a bit strong. I know they do it to avoid crowds but it is contradictory because the branch was full when they entered ?♀️
