★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es muy ineficiente, son las 9:27 a.m y apenas están llegando los ejecutivos, el dia de ayer no resolvieron mi problema, solo dan 13 turnos para servicio a cliente, siempre es lento su proceso de atención, por favor den una solución, sus cajeros constantemente se quedan los depósitos, no resuelven nada en su centro de atención telefónica, y la contingencia Covid-19 no debe ser pretexto para su mal servicio, ya que este problema lo tienen desde el 2019. Si no tienen la capacidad instalada para otorgar un servicio de calidad no abran sucursales sin un buen plan.
