★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención a clientes. Por necesidad y por tonta tuve que acudir a esa sucursal el di de hoy después de mucho tiempo y resultó una pésima experiencia. No apoyan de ninguna manera.Te formas a la 9.30 am aunque abren a las 10 para que no te atiendan y te den un papel que dice ficha número 2 con la que increíblemente te atenderán a una o 2 de la tarde. Hace unos años ahí me robaron mis datos personales después de ir a actualizarlos y rechazar dos tarjetas de crédito ya que a las dos semanas me llamaron de prevención de fraudes porque que tenían registrado que en la sucursal sacaron esas dos tarjetas que yo había rechazado y las utilizaron gastando más de $160,000 afortunadamente prevención de fraudes me apoyó y todo se resolvió. DESGRACIADAMENTE AUNQUE CAMBIARAN PERSONAL NO CONFÍO NI EN EL SERVICIO NI EN EL PERSONAL.
 Terrible customer service. Out of necessity and foolishness I had to go to that branch today after a long time and it was a terrible experience. They do not support you in any way, you form at 9.30 a.m. although they open at 10 so that they do not attend you and they give you a paper that says card number 2 with which they will incredibly attend you at one or 2 in the afternoon. A few years ago there they stole my personal data after going to update them and rejecting two credit cards since two weeks later they called me for fraud prevention because they had registered that in the branch they took out those two cards that I had rejected and them They used spending more than $ 160,000 fortunately fraud prevention supported me and everything was resolved. UNFORTUNATELY EVEN THOUGH THEY CHANGE STAFF I DO NOT TRUST NEITHER THE SERVICE OR THE STAFF.
