Se supone que deben atender hasta las 4 pero el se va 15 o 20 minutos antes sin importarle si hay alguien que requiera de él. Se saca turno para ser atendido pero su majestad el gerente no toma turnos y todavía se digna a irse temprano. Tienen una pésima organización de atención. Afortunadamente no son groseros o déspotas. A	Ana Ibarra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo actitud y falta de criterio, pasar a toda la fila y dejar a un adulto mayor esperando por 2 hrs. por un estado de cuenta, parado afuera porque son órdenes de no pasar gente que va a los escritorios porque la sala de espera de estos está lleno y la sillas que son para ir a caja vacías el señor pidió aunque sea una silla afuera y le dicen que son órdenes no se puede muy mal trato!!! Atención al gerente para que mejore su servicio. Ojalá mis clientes y proveedores tengan cuenta en otros bancos donde el servicio sea mejor o bien buscaré otra sucursal. Además funciona al 40% de su capacidad, con 5 cajas disponibles solo funcionan 2 y muy lentas.
