Me presente con mi padre a realizar su cambio de tarjeta, le acompañe a realizar tramite porque tiene 81 años y se encuentra en silla de ruedas y es debil visual, se negaron atenderme argumentando que en esa sucursal no realizaban el cambio de ese tipo de tarjetas y la ejecutiva del banco me detuvo en la puerta para negarme el acceso y no poder preguntarle a otro ejecutivo; cuando las instrucciones en el CAT de Citybanamex fue presentarme en cualquier sucursal con mi numero de folio para hacer el tramite, esto ultimo su CAT me lo confirma en una segunda llamada que realice para verificar su informacion y me solicitan realizar queja de esta sucursal por negacion de servicio. Es una pena que la imagen y nombre de Citybanamex se denigre por mal servicio. Poor customer service attention and bad attitude.
