Se que la mayoría de los bancos no abren los sábados pero confié en ellos por publicarlo. 2. Cuando abrí mi cuenta, que batalle porque me pidieron dos identificaciones, no me dieron el net key móvil, por lo que no puedo hacer uso de varios servicios, como transferencias. 3. Como no estoy en la ciudad, tuve que pedir un día libre en mi trabajo para poder asistir al banco, (puesto que no abren en asuteos, como cualquier banco), y ahí me tuvieron dos horas para volverme a pedir dos identificaciones, y ahora no me la hicieron válidas, a pesar que me comentaron que si aceptarían la licencia como segunda identificación. 4. Independiente de la sucursal, tienen su servicio teléfonico suspendido, solo para reportar tarjetas perdidas. Y no te apoyan en nada más. 5. Igualmente, independientemente de la sucursal, si son muy buenos para acosar gente por teléfono pero no para apoyar. Definitivamente, si no es por que mi actual trabajo no me permite usar otra cuenta de otro banco, jamás volvería a este banco. No pierdan su tiempo a menos que sea meramente necesario. 1. Aparte de las típicas quejas por el horario tan corto, la lentitud al atender, que no abren los sábados, los cajeros se ponen a platicar y no pasan a los clientes, y ya x si fuera poco, la muchacha que cierra la puerta a las 2 y media le pone llave y se va a platicar con los empleados de los escritorios y hay que esperar a que se le antoje abrir para poder salir ??‍♂️. etcétera ? Customer support leaves a lot to be desired, they seem to be doing the customer a favor by accepting their money.
