★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio al cliente no existe, se supone tienen horario corrido y se la pasan comiendo y mandan a las personas de intendencia por su refresco. Hasta parece dependencia gubernamental. De verdad ocupan cambio de personal porque el que tienen es FLOJO!!!
Customer service does not exist, they are supposed to have running hours and they spend their time eating and they send the quartermaster for their soda. It even looks like a government agency. They really occupy personnel change because the one they have is LOOSE !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible la sucursal, super sucia, sin estacionamiento y aparte tardan horas en atenderte algo que no toma mucho tiempo lo hacen parecer trámite de dependencia gubernamental con tan lentos que son para todo, sinceramente aún no conozco una sucursal limpia y bien organizada de este banco. ??
The branch is horrible, super dirty, without parking and apart from that they take hours to attend to you, something that does not take long, they make it seem like a government dependency process with so slow that they are for everything, honestly I still do not know a clean and well organized branch of this bank. ??
