A pesar de estar ubicado en el centro de la ciudad y ser la sucursal principal, la cantidad de ventanillas es muy pobre y el personal que brilla por ausencia y los pocos que si trabajan no logran dar abasto y por ende una buena atención enfrentas minutos u horas largas para ser atendido y los cajeros automáticos cuenta con 4 para depósitos que suelen estar fuera de servicio y sin poder reconocer aún el nuevo billete de 500.
