Y se hacen llamar "profesionales" para nada!! Terrible!! As it is possible that CitiBanamex seems IMSS many people waiting, dirty, lack of staff, untrained staff, take TOO MUCH !! And they call themselves "professionals" for nothing!

Pour les canadien, le taux de change est très bon surtout comparé à la Scotia Bank! I often go to this branch to withdraw from the counter. Everything works fine, the only thing is that it is often crowded in the evening, go there in the morning. For Canadians, the exchange rate is very good especially compared to Scotia Bank!

Tienen las puertas abiertas, y ninguno de los cajeros tienen dinero para los usuarios. De verdad no entiendo porqué no lo cierran ya de una vez para que no nos tengan siempre pensando que quizás ya cargaron los cajeros con efectivo, lo cual es una falta de respeto, y demasiado frustrante para TODOS!! It is located on Benito Juárez Ave. in Playa del Carmen. It has NOT offered ATM service to any of the Banamex users during the entire NINETEEN, nor have they done so to this day. They have the doors open, and none of the ATMs have money for users. I really don't understand why they don't close it once so that they don't always have us thinking that maybe they already loaded the ATMs with cash, which is disrespectful, and too frustrating for EVERYONE !!

Una señora se pasea preguntando a la gente si quieren cambiarse a este banco en vez de ponerse a atender a los clientes. son solo 2 para atender en aperturas a todos si es que los 2 estan sentados porque ademas de ser mas lentos que una marmota, se van al baño o a comer y te dejan sentados en el escritorio. Muy mal organizado. El gerente deberia ser despedido. Very late. Prepare to spend a few hours. If your intention is to open an account. Executives are very slow, they are very incompetent. A lady wanders around asking people if they want to move to this bank instead of serving customers.
