Actualmente ya es pequeña la sucursal para la demanda de cuentavientes y servicios.
En seguridad esta falta de más guardias y de prevención de robos, considerando que actualmente que sucursal no está por las mismas, si se pone interés sin duda podrá ser de las más seguras.
Los cajeros están en constantes fallas técnicas, sería bueno cambien su mini cabina y den modernidad como otras instituciones en las que te brindan apoyo con personal, quienes dan enseñanza a personas quienes no tenemos la capacidad de realizar operaciones fácilmente, atención corporativo eviten a usuarios demora y largas filas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se junta mucho la gente y ahora que hace tanto calor no ponen aire acondicionado o lo está muy bajo, es insoportable estar ahí y solo hay 3 cajeros recibiendo a todos en general 1 más para empresas y son como 10 ventanillas, es una experiencia horrible

Ayudan a resolver los problemas
Como es una sucuesal chica y tiene mucha demanda, el tiempo de espera puede ser largo(aunque en realidad, esto es característico de cualquier sucursal bancaria)
Hay dos filas de espera, en la parte externa de la sucursal, en cumplimiento de las restricciones por el COVID. Mirando de frente, lado izquierdo para atención en cajas, lado derecho para atención a clientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio basura, ahora resulta que no puedo depositar un cheque de otro banco después de las 3:00 pm porque "el sistema" no permite hacer dicha operación
15 años haciendo operaciones bancarias, (de eso va mi trabajo) y nunca había escuchado semejante "estupidez" de banamex, mejor digan que al hacer corte de caja y mandar los cheques a cámara concentradora lleva mas tiempo y tienen "hueva" de registrar esos movimientos

15 years doing banking operations, (that's what my work is about) and I had never heard such "stupidity" from banamex, better say that when making cash cuts and sending the checks to a concentrating chamber it takes more time and they have "roe" to register those movements
