L	Laura Soto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En esta sucursal discriminan al tarjetahabiente por una dama que se cree pistolera tomando temperatura corporal que no sabe y por lo mismo no deja pasar a realizar los trámites y luego le habla al guardia de alto peso corporal para que la apoye ,esta bien que tomen sus medidas pero capaciten al personal para realizar bien su trabajo y sepan interpretar en un pistola no confiable la lectura de la temperatura corporal .siento que estas pistolas no sirven . otra de mis quejas es estar bajo el sol un buen ratote y esperar hasta que le inche la gana atender o bien lo hacen muy lento y toda la gente esperando sin importar la edad...a ver si van siendo mas amables y colocar un techo de sombra... Y con la segunda cuenta que tengo todavía, al momento de hacer un retiro en ventanilla, me dijeron que me sentara 5 minutos por qué no tenían sistema, y cuando me estaba sentando recibí otro mensaje en la aplicación del banco dónde habían retirado todo mi dinero, y ni a la cajera ni a la gerente del banco le importó. Después de mucho reto que me mantuve en la caja, recibí otro mensaje con la misma hora del primero dónde alguien había transferido mi dinero a mi cuenta otra vez. Eso se llama robo, abuso de tu función. Lo curioso es que todas las demás cajas funcionaban normalmente. El guardia de seguridad es insolente y los cajeros y los que atienden no resuelven nada y lo justifican como "error del sistema" I don't give them 0 because it can't be done, terrible service, they don't solve anything and they scold you for using your cell phone when you need to resolve issues with their app, I don't know what they expect one to do.
