Horrible el servicio se pasaron como media hora mi turno porque no estaban los supervisores. 1 hora perdida.

Casi no hay cajas atendiendo, si vienes a hacer un trámite, prepárate para esperar más de 45 minutos para ser atendido, les falta mucho en mejorar atención al cliente de forma rápida.

PESIMO servicio, no se quieren molestar en ayudarte a realizar un tramite, porque tienen prisa de retirarse. Me fui a la sucursal de salida a Charo y tampoco me quiso ayudar la señorita que estaba en servicio al cliente, me respondia muy deseperada, solo porque una ya es mayor y no sabe mucho de banca digital ni de tramites, en cuanto pueda retiro mi cuenta de ahi para no volver JAMAZ.

Los cajeros no permiten depositar dinero como ya es común en otros bancos. Hay demasiada gente. Éramos más de 20 personas en la fila. Me tardé 33 minutos formada. Hay que sacar un turno pero de cualquier modo todos se forman porque la máquina que muestra los turnos para ventanilla no funcionaba, aunque la que muestra los turnos para pasar con ejecutivos sí (!!) Entonces todos formados media hora, incluidas señoras cargando niños y personas de la tercera edad. Alguien sacó el turno, se sentó, luego se quiso meter y obviamente no lo dejamos, habló con la señorita pero lo mandaron al final. De cualquier modo conté 21 sillas, varias estaban ocupadas por gente que va acompañando a otra, y por los que van con ejecutivos; como digo en la cola éramos más de 20, entonces de cualquier modo no habría suficientes sillas para toda la demanda aún si nos permitieran sentarnos en lugar de hacer cola. Hay cinco ventanillas, pero sólo 4 estaban abiertas y una se utiliza para atender a los clientes que van con un ejecutivo y luego tienen que hacer alguna gestión en ventanilla, entonces realmente sólo había 3 para atender a los de la cola. Si pudiera los calificaba con 0. Sin embargo, la señorita en ventanilla fue amable y como yo sólo iba a hacer un depósito, me tardé sólo como 1 minuto con ella (después de esperar media hora).

Media hora para que me atendieran, teniendo tarjetas de crédito con ellos, necesito una especial para que me atiendan cuando llegó sin hacer filas, que onda con este banco... Para eso hay filas ?
