Sobre todo de parte de la gerencia. No te resuelven tus problemas, te mandan todo por vía telefónica y por medio de ahí te dicen que en sucursal.
Terrible customer service, pushy and rude.
Especially from the management. They do not solve your problems, they send you everything by phone and through there they tell you that at the branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 30 turnos hasta que me atendieron! Por un deposito que intente el fin de semana hacer en cajeros y ahun estan sin funcionar, solo gaste gasolina por nada! Quisiera un banco mas confiable y que no trabaje al 50% de su capacidad! Esta de pena!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio a Clientes puede tomar hasta 45 minutos en atender a un solo cliente!!! Es súper lento y si eres Priority como yo, ni se te ocurra acercarte al área porque ahí les toma una hora por persona.

Cuentan además con servicio ATM (cajero automático), 4 en total y 2 de ellos sirven para hacer depósitos en efectivo las 24 horas del día, lo cual es excelente opción para no olvidar hacer los pagos con el pretexto del horario.
Recuerda mantener la sana distancia y no fumar en la sucursal.
The place has good facilities, the staff are always helpful. They also have ATM service (automatic teller machine), 4 in total and 2 of them are used to make cash deposits 24 hours a day, which is an excellent option so as not to forget to make payments under the pretext of the schedule.
Remember to keep a healthy distance and not to smoke at the branch.
