La fila para cajeros automáticos es en la calle sin lmarcas establecidas de lsana distancia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy fui a esta sucursal, la fila se hace afuera por cuestiones de seguridad por la contingencia. Le comenté al señor que controla el acceso que soy Priority y le enseñe mi identificación que lo demuestra. Me dijo que no se estaba aplicando la atención preferencial que se supone tenemos los clientes Priority. Hice fila DOS HORAS. Saliendo me comuniqué directo con el servicio de ayuda de Banamex y me comentaron que SI se está respetando dicha atención preferencial. Ya levanté la respectiva queja a esta sucursal por qué no por nada existen los clientes Priority y deben respetar los supuestos beneficio que tanto anuncian
Today I went to this branch, the line is made outside for security reasons due to the contingency. I told the man who controls access that I am a Priority and showed him my ID that proves it. He told me that the preferential care that we are supposed to have Priority customers was not being applied. I stood in line TWO HOURS. Leaving, I contacted the Banamex helpdesk directly and they told me that this preferential attention is being respected. I have already made the respective complaint to this branch, why not for nothing do Priority customers exist and they must respect the supposed benefits that they both announce

Y no tarde más de 10 min.
Encuentro esta sucursal limpia y con adecuadas medidas de salubridad ante la contingencia. Además que las veces que he ido, está sola a comparación de otras sucursales que las filas son interminables y están saturadas, por ejemplo la de Plaza Galerías.
