★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si tienes la mala suerte de necesitar hacer un trámite con tu Afore tendrás que acudir a esta sucursal. Parece que estás en el IMSS o en el ISSSTE. pésimo servicio y atención de su personal. Pierdes horas mientras ellas se la llevan tranquilas encargando su lonche y maltratando a los usuarios! Da la impresión de que sienten que le hacen el favor a la gente.
If you have the bad luck of needing to do a paperwork with your Afore you will have to go to this branch. It seems that you are in the IMSS or in the ISSSTE. Terrible service and attention of its staff. You lose hours while they take it easy ordering their lunch and mistreating users! It seems that they feel they are doing people a favor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible servicio. El día de hoy (9 de julio de 2019) a las 9:54, llego y solicito mi turno para hablar con un ejecutivo de ventas. A las 10:15 llega una persona y saluda a uno de los 3 ejecutivos atendiendo (el ejecutivo del módulo 20) y en cuanto éste último termina de atender a su cliente, llama a su amigo que unos minutos atrás acababa de llegar. Sin turno, ni esperar. Si no eres cliente del banco o tienes un amigo en la sucursal, prepárate para perder tu tiempo y que no te solucionen nada...
Terrible service Today (July 9, 2019) at 9:54, I arrive and request my turn to speak with a sales executive. At 10:15 a person arrives and greets one of the 3 executives attending (the executive of module 20) and as soon as the latter finishes attending to his client, he calls his friend who a few minutes ago had just arrived. No turn, no wait. If you are not a customer of the bank or have a friend at the branch, be prepared to waste your time and not solve anything ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima sucursal, acudí a recoger una tarjeta de crédito, me tuvieron esperando por una hora con 20 minutos por un ejecutivo para que al final atendieran a alguien que acababa de llegar porque "tenía recomendación de cajas" sea lo que sea que eso signifique, si así me trataron para contratar un servicio no me imagino como tratan a alguien que va por una reclamación, no doy cero estrellas porque no me deja.
Terrible branch, I went to pick up a credit card, they had me waiting for an hour and 20 minutes for an executive so that in the end they would attend to someone who had just arrived because "he had a recommendation for boxes" whatever that means, yes That's how they treated me to hire a service, I can't imagine how they treat someone who goes for a claim, I don't give zero stars because they won't let me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio. Mejor acudan a otra sucursal de Afore que si resuelva los problemas. Porque al parecer no saben que requisitos te pedirán para hacer los trámites correspondientes. Ya hasta que estás con ellos y ni así. Me gustaría que mandarán encuesta de calidad para igual calificarlos mal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal que atiende en esta sucursal comenzando de los que atienden en puerta y sobre todo ejecutivos de AFORE, lo hacen de mala manera, nunca dan la indicación de como quieren los documentos, lo que ocasiona que uno te ha que acudir una y otra vez con u documento nuevo que solicitan, es muy incómodo siempre lidiar con su mal humor y que no dan la información clara. Pésimo servicio de está sucursal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Dicen que abren a las 8:00 pero el personal comienza a atender a las 9:00. Un rato bajo el sol. Te regresan por tonterías. Después de esto sigue: Cambiar de afore, cancelar cuentas y tarjetas. Asco de banco.
