★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, se me perdio mi tarjeta hace 1 mes y mi "banco" no puede ayudarme, siempre que voy a recoger la ficha ya no hay debo de estar pidiendo permiso en mi trabajo de llegar tarde, y ni se diga de la pésima actitud dr las personas que atienden en la entrada!
Terrible service, I lost my card 1 month ago and my "bank" cannot help me, whenever I go to pick up the file, there is no need to be asking for permission at my work to be late, not to mention the terrible attitude dr the people who serve at the entrance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, los cajeros son no se quieren ni levantar para preguntarle a sus superiores, en mi caso no coincidió la firma y cerca de 20 minutos duro gritándole a su superior. Para que no fuera no me resolvieran nada... ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por parte de los ejecutivos, dan fichas para atender a la gente y obvio con eso ellos tienen menos trabajo ya que la gente se harta y se va o simplemente le dicen que ya no hay fichas, se la pasan platicando y no atienden a la gente, parece que hacen un favora sus clientes y no que prestan un servicio, el gerente solo los ve o anda de chisme con las ejecutivas está igual, deberían valorar su trabajo

El único inconveniente es que hay que formarse desde muy temprano para alcanzar un buen turno en el área de Ejecutivos/Banqueros, tampoco hay seguridad de que seas de los primeros en ser atendido (puedes estar desde las 8:00 am formado, pero tu turno puede ser hasta las 10:00 am o más tarde). Se entiende que es por cuestiones de la pandemia por COVID. ?
