★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tengo idea de quién fue la decisión de desaparecer las filas rápidas, pero espere casi 2 horas para un transacción de menos de 5 minutos. Había demasiadas personas en la sucursal y aún así no cambió el esquema para agilizar las transacciones.
I have no idea who the decision to disappear from the fast ranks was, but wait almost 2 hours for a transaction of less than 5 minutes. There were too many people in the branch and still the scheme did not change to expedite transactions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio en la afore. Lentos, mal encarados, solo dos personas para tanta gente. Tardan casi una hora con una persona, deberian de tener mas personal. Y ni con quien quejarse. Banorte tiene un excelente servicio de afore por medio de citas x internet. Es una verguenza que un banco de esta clase tenga un servicio tan pobre y negligente. En cuanto me den lo que necesito me cambio sin pensarlo.
Very poor service in the afore. Slow, badly faced, only two people for so many people. They take almost an hour with one person, they should have more staff. And no one to complain to. Banorte has an excellent afore service through internet dating. It is a shame that such a bank has such poor and negligent service. As soon as they give me what I need, I change without thinking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay ocasión en donde tenga que hacer un trámite que siempre pase algo en banamex. Son lentos, sus procedimientos parecen a los que se usaban hace 30 años. Demasiado engorrosos. Es increíble que luego de que te tomaron huella, foto, firma te tengan que pedir lo mismo una y otra vez. Y falta mencionar que siempre les falla su sistema. A cada rato se les cae, si pides aclaraciones pasa una semana o dos y si hubo un error no te avisan, te hacen cobros fantasma, los retiros de afore son parciales ahora, como una forma de poder jinetear el dinero y no soltar grandes cantidades en un solo movimiento. Pésimo en todo. Ni siquiera el de museo que tiene infraestructura más moderna puede ofrecer eficiencia y rapidez. Increíble que una filial de uno de los bancos más poderosos del mundo, el citibank, no pueda darle a los mexicanos un servicio de calidad. Santander, Banorte todo te resuelven en cuestión de minutos. En banamex, en días.
There is no occasion where you have to do a procedure that always happens something in Banamex. They are slow, their procedures resemble those used 30 years ago. Too cumbersome. It is incredible that after they took your mark, photo, signature they have to ask you the same thing over and over again. And it must be mentioned that their system always fails them. Every time they drop, if you ask for clarifications a week or two passes and if there was an error they don't let you know, they make you ghost charges, afore withdrawals are partial now, as a way to ride the money and not release large amounts in a single movement. Terrible in everything. Even the museum that has the most modern infrastructure cannot offer efficiency and speed. Incredible that a subsidiary of one of the most powerful banks in the world, citibank, cannot give Mexicans a quality service. Santander, Banorte all solve you in minutes. In Banamex, in days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aleluya!!!, Felicitaciones al personal de está sucursal, salva dignamente el nombre de su banco, porqué? Porque recorrí TODAS las sucursales de Xalapa y ningún "ejecutivo" quiso ayudarme a resolver mi problema con su tdc, pero me encontré a esta última sucursal -no vivo tan cerca- y que bien resolvieron el problema, bien por el personal de ésta sucursal.
Hallelujah !!!, Congratulations to the staff of this branch, worthily save the name of your bank, why? Because I went through ALL the Xalapa branches and no "executive" wanted to help me solve my problem with his tdc, but I found this last branch - I don't live that close - and they solved the problem well, well by the staff of this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad antes de la remodelacion que le hicieron al banco era más fluido el pasar a ventanilla, ahora es muy muy tardado, si llevas prisa mejor ve a otra sucursal, lo malo es que quitaron la otra sucursal del centro y solo dejaron esa, la atención es buena pero lenta, me recuerda al perezoso de Zotopia.
The truth before the remodeling that they did to the bank was more fluid to go to the window, now it is very very late, if you are in a hurry better go to another branch, the bad thing is that they removed the other branch from the center and only left that one, the attention is good but slow, it reminds me of the sloth from Zotopia.
