★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio se me hace una falta de respeto que te lleve más de 1 hora realizar un deposito, porque no eres priority, es algo como discriminación a las personas ya que te tardas mas si no eres priority. Deberían tener más conciencia ya que todos valemos igual y el dinero vale igual.

Fui a hacer un depósito a la caja de autoservicio y se tragó el dinero, para hacer la aclaración me hicieron esperar más de 30 minutos para decirme que hasta dentro de un mes comprobarán que en verdad metí el dinero en la caja, total se quedaron con mi dinero.
Terrible service they are incompetent. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ha cambiado mucho esta sucursal. La atención rápida mas allá del asunto que tengas que resolver. Hay que diferenciar entre servicio y lo malos momentos que se tengan con el banco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo bueno poca gente y nunca he tenido problemas para que me resuelvan problemas en caja, pero si son algo lentos y pocos los ejecutivos,actualización un poco más rápido al parecer han mejorado eso de solo tener un ejecutivo y ya atienden en más ventanillas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una Sucursal que promueve la discriminación! No tienes respeto por el tiempo de los clientes. Resulta que el orden de llegada no es considerado, pues las personas con categoría de cliente distinguido pasan antes que cualquier persona. Hace la estancia de 3 horas…
Deberían tener una caja o escritorio destinado a estos clientes!!! No es así… pueden haber llegado 100 clientes con una hora de anticipación a un cliente distinguido, y este último brinca los 100 anteriores!! ESTO ES DISCRIMINACIÓN!!!
