I really like going to this branch, they serve you very quickly and they have many ATMs, many open boxes, many advisers.

He perdido 20 horas hasta el momento, se han generado 2 Solicitudes, 3 folios de Queja y 1 queja en su portal y hasta hoy sigo sin obtener una simple Carta ????
The attention of the Customer Service area is really bad, they have total ignorance of their processes, it took 10 visits to request a simple updated Letter of a Mortgage Credit. I have lost 20 hours so far, 2 Requests, 3 Complaint pages and 1 complaint have been generated on your portal and to this day I still do not get a simple Letter ????
