Acudí para solicitar la reposición de una tarjeta.
Lunes, 1a vuelta: "No tenemos plásticos"
Martes 13:45 pm, segunda vuelta: "Ya no tenemos turnos, venga más temprano"
Jueves 9:35 am, tercera vuelta: "Claro, pase usted, su tiempo de esperá será de 4 a 5 horas"
Todos los bancos tienen sus puntos de mejora, pero a CITIGROUP dejó de importarle este nicho de mercado, ha hecho de BANAMEX una basura. Mi decisión es cerrar mi cuenta con este banco, no está uno para recibir esos tratos.

Tuesday 13:45 pm, second round: "We no longer have shifts, come earlier"
Thursday 9:35 am, third round: "Sure, come in, your waiting time will be 4 to 5 hours"
All banks have their points of improvement, but CITIGROUP stopped caring about this market niche, it has made BANAMEX garbage. My decision is to close my account with this bank, there is no one to receive those deals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio incompetente nefasto y grosero. Tuve que acudir porque su nefasta App Transfer no sirve y no me dieron solución de nada. En pocas palabras la “gerente” supervisora o lo que sea, me dijo que como se trata de un monedero electrónico (saldazo) ellos nada pueden hacer. Le comenté que aún así era un servicio que ellos ofrecían y no tenían solución para esto y la señora contestó que no. Además de servicio lento y aguantarse sus malas caras.
Nefarious and rude incompetent service. I had to go because their disastrous App Transfer doesn't work and they didn't give me a solution at all. In a nutshell, the supervisory “manager” or whatever, told me that since it is an electronic wallet (saldazo) they can do nothing. I told her that even so it was a service that they offered and they had no solution for this and the lady answered no. In addition to slow service and putting up with their bad faces.
