It is the best bank of Citi Banamex in Cuernavaca. The wait is very short. Executives are always very agile and friendly. They know the products very well and the attention is very good.

Poor care for the elderly, the wait is more than 20 min and they are stopped. No wonder their average is 2 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estan muy mal organizados la gente que quiere pasar al banco vive un infierno por horas, te obligan a hacer filas para cualquier tramite. Lo unico bueno son los cajeros automaticos tambien tienes q hacer fila pero avanza rapido. Lo q les falta es poner mas modulos de atencion porq es desesperante formarte durante mas de 40 minutos para un pequeño tramite. Creo q antes cuando todavia no cerraban el area estaba mejor.
They are very badly organized, people who want to go to the bank live hell for hours, they force you to queue for any procedure. The only good thing are the ATMs, you also have to queue but move fast. What they lack is to put more attention modules because it is exasperating to train for more than 40 minutes for a small procedure. I think that before when they still did not close the area it was better.
