★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, la verdad es que fui por algo sencillo y desde la entrada la persona que recibe a los clientes desconoce como tratar un tema bancario. Terminé yendo a otra sucursal y me resolvieron rápidamente... Si buscan por resolver un tema en sus cuentas este no es la sucursal para ello... Les recomiendo citicenter o torre banamex.
Terrible, the truth is that I went for something simple and from the entrance the person who receives the clients does not know how to deal with a banking issue. I ended up going to another branch and they resolved me quickly ... If you are looking to resolve an issue in your accounts, this is not the branch for it ... I recommend citicenter or torre banamex.
