Más de 2 hrs en recojer una tarjeta que ya estaba en la sucursal
En verdad eviten está sucursal, solo es una perdida de tiempo hijos DLV

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son muy déspotas en la sección de aforé, van 3 veces que me hacen venir porque su personal no está capacitado para poder dar bien los requisitos y todavía se portan demasiadas groseras las señoritas que atienden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de la Gerente de esta sucursal ojalá hagan algo su nombre es Lidia Peralta , no quiere tener gente en su sucursal se la pasa gritando que todo se tiene que hacer por banca electrónica o en la caja practica y que uno debe aprender a utilizarla ya que ahí no nos van a atender le grita a las personas de la tercera edad y tambien e visto cómo les grita a los empleados de la sucursal regañandolos. Es muy altanera y grosera ojalá hagan algo con ella ya que no tiene nada de actitud de servicio con los clientes así que PÉSIMO SERVICIO ... en cambio los cajeros muy amables!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te quieren a obligar a abrir cuenta y si no eres cliente te tienen esperando hasta 45 minutos para que te atiendan y pasan a los que tienen cuenta

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de los encargados de puerta y de los ejecutivos .no dan soluciones ,por qué la gente salga rápido dan mal información de cómo abrir una cuenta y ya que se llevan los documentos que pidieron dicen que no dijeron eso y entre ellos se tapan . Pésimo servicio es mejor el de plaza Zaragoza .
