★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy 20 de diciembre de 2019, La empleda llamada Melisa del área de priority es una tipa de lo más grosera y prepotente, después de 25 minutos de estar esperando nos pregunta en el pasillo que se nos ofrece y al contestarle nos dice que pasáramos a servicio al cliente cuando ella debía habernos atendido ni siquiera nos pasó a su lugar, y se dió la vuelta y le llamo a otro cliente quien tenia 5 minutos de haber llegado y le habló por su nombre para que pasara, nosotros seguimos esperando a otro ejecutivo de la misma área y nos atendió correctamente en 2 minutos. No se si ésta es la política del banco o es la personalidad de ésta mujer. Me considero un buen cliente desde hace varios años pero quizá a ella solo le interesa atender a conocidos $$$.
