★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor de sus sucursales!!! en plena Pandemia dan fichas como en la leche!!! tienes que llegar como 7am a hacer fila y esperar hasta que ellos quieran abrir, porque llegan a ponerse a platicar y desayunar. Si llegas depues que reparten sus fichas de atención, por ejemplo 10am, ya no te atienden, aunque no tengan gente, te dicen que vayas al siguiente día a formarte de nuevo desde temprano... yo fuí solo a recoger una tarjeta que el mismo Banco no me entrego a tiempo y aún así tuve que ir 2 días seguidos a perder mi tiempo por sus errores... había gente de la tercera edad congelandose de frio y esperando por horas mientras ellos desayunaban... es un asco en verdad!!! Además metí queja y nunca nadie ni me contacto para dar seguimiento.
