Existen dos filas, los que van hacer operaciones bancarias y otra fila para el servicio al cliente. Como el sol estaba muy fuerte nos prestaron una sombrilla :-D Les aplaudo su organización, paciencia y amabilidad. Lamentablemente el tiempo para ser atendido es muy largo, lo cual lo vuelve peligroso por la existencia de covid19. Llegue al banco 10:30 y concluí mi tramite con éxito a las 12:00 hrs. Mi madre lleva casi una hora sentada y hemos visto como llegó un Contador (chequera, ya que tienen el descaro de hablar a viva voz) y 2 que van a tramitar sus tarjetas de CRÉDITO que los pasaron mucho antes que ella, a pesar de que tenían menos de 15 minutos de haber llegado.
