★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO MANDEN depósito desde USA no lo entregan . Y como el dinero ya está depositado en el banco la compañía con la que ustedes lo manden ya no se los regresa por que el dinero ya lo tiene el banco ! Y le dicen a sus familiares que necesitan el número de el emisor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amplia instalación, recurre mucha gente, solo que faltan asientos, muy limpio y buena distracción en pantalla, la recepcionista debería ser un poco más simpática y amable, en las ventanillas para hacer pagos o depósitos e incluso los agentes para apertura cuentas, siempre son rápidos, pero para servicio a clientes, tardan una eternidad. Además, solo para hacerme una modificación a mi nombre, debo esperar 10 días hábiles.

Módulo de servicio a clientes es muy malo, con suerte hay dos cajeras.. sino solo hay una, y puedes tardar hasta dos o tres horas en ser atendido suponiendo que hayan unas 8 personas antes que tu, realmente ese servicio es muy malo, recomiendo que, mejor busques otro banco.
