★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo tienen 1 caja para servicio al cliente. Y en ventanillas regulares 2 personas atendiendo, las filas super largas. Y para colmo el cajero automático para hacer depósitos siempre está descompuesto. Pésimo banco y pésima sucursal.
 They only have 1 box for customer service. And in regular windows 2 people attending, super long lines. And to top it off the ATM to make deposits is always broken. Lousy bank and lousy branch.

With a waiting line for one person, they take hours to assist you. They pass to acquaintances or whoever suits them, terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muuuuy lento, muchas vueltas por citas , tienen mejor sevicio en la sucursal de Echeverria al no tener citas ven la manera de atender ala gente y no solo decir venga mañana a las 9 por turno haber si lo atienden. Mejor cambien de banco.
Very slow, many laps for appointments, they have better service at the Echeverria branch, since they do not have appointments, they see the way to attend to people and not just say come tomorrow at 9 o'clock by shift if they attend. Better change banks.

In comparison to the other branches in the city, here they are very slow in the procedures, the minimum wait to be attended is 1 hour and a half with little influx of people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que bárbaros, la sucursal más lenta de la ciudad. Un solo cajero atendiendo y más de 20 clientes esperando. Un solo cliente lleva 20min con su trámite y el gerente ni sus luces para actuar. Pronto me cambio de banco! Esperé más de 30min para ser atendido.
How barbaric, the slowest branch in town. A single cashier serving and more than 20 customers waiting. A single client takes 20 minutes with his procedure and the manager or his lights to act. I'm changing banks soon! I waited more than 30 minutes to be served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El mismo problema que tengo en todos los Citibanamex. Lo ejecutivos le piden permiso a un dedo de mover el otro. Se tardan una eternidad en atender a los usuarios. Se la pasan perdiendo el tiempo moviendo el mouse y no hacen nada para acelerar la atención a los clientes. Deberían pagarles por número de clientes atendidos y no por hora. Son unos reverendos huevonas.
The same problem I have in all Citibanamex. Executives ask one finger for permission to move the other. They take forever to serve users. They waste their time moving the mouse and do nothing to speed up customer service. They should be paid by the number of clients served and not by the hour. They are reverend assholes.
