★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En ésta sucursal, he solicitado varios tramites, de los cuales un ejecutivo del banco, los realiza incompletos, siempre tengo que regresar de dos a tres veces o busco otras alternativas con otros ejecutivos del mismo banco o por via telefonica para concluir con el trámite, creo que esa actitud irresponsable y falta de atención a los usuarios, no ayuda mucho a la institución.
In this branch, I have requested several procedures, of which an executive of the bank, performs them incompletely, I always have to return two to three times or I look for other alternatives with other executives of the same bank or by telephone to conclude the procedure, I think that irresponsible attitude and lack of attention to users does not help the institution much.

I had to speak with the manager to get fast and respectful service and he did acomplish my needs, Manager deserves a congradulations from this bank but there a few that need to provide excelent service. Will visit soon because i will be taking care of documents.
