Mejor que se salgan esos cajeros y apoyen a la gente a hacer sus transacciones en sus practicajas que ni sirven. Pésimo servicio!!!! Fui a otra sucursal en 5 minutos me resolvieron. Es floja la gente de esa sucursal. M	Marcos R.L. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo banco y pésima experiencia al depositar en cajeros de Banamex, realice un depósito el día 3 de abril, el cajero fallo al momento de realizar el depósito y me emito un ticket dónde menciona que la operación no se había realizado y se trago el efectivo, ya levanté dos folios de aclaración y al día de hoy no he tenido respuesta favorable, fui a la sucursal y ellos corroboraron el excedente de efectivo del cajero, pero que ellos no puede hacer nada hasta que la resolución salga a mi favor, cuidado si depositas en esos cajeros , no los recomiendo para nada. Tuve retenido un cheque en el cajero y toda la información que me dieron de mi trámite estuvo equivocada y enredada, acudí a otra sucursal cerca de mi trabajo y me apoyaron a resolver mi problema en menos de 5 minutos.
