★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor sucursal de todo México, muy déspotas, como si fueras a pedir limosnas, filas de 40 personas y las ejecutivas platicando, lo malo que no las puedes evidenciar por las fotos.

De las veces que he ido a realizar algun tramite el tiempo de espera si es un poco largo pero ay que recordar que estamos en medio del covit entonces si se tardan en pasar. Pero la atención si es muy buena y rápida realmente me gusta mucho la atención. Muy amables y cordiales. Recuerden si van a ser algún trámite lleven todo los documentos que vayan a ocupar para que no los regresen y lleven un sombrilla ya que el sol si esta muy feo. El tiempo máximo de espera es entre 5 y 10 minutos pero ay que tener paciencia ?.

El gerente salió a decirnos, después de estar un buen rato en el sol haciendo fila que era muy probable que no nos fueran a atender hoy que mejor fuéramos otro día porque no iban a tener tiempo. Me quedo con mi cuenta bloqueada y sin posibilidad de disponer de dinero. Una razón más para dejar todo producto financiero de este "gran" banco.

Hace varios meses atrás igual vine por unos problemas en mis datos y tarde más de 5 meses en poderlo arreglar.
