QUIZE HACER LA ACLARACIÓN CUANDO LA EMPRESA ME NOTIFICÓ DEL DEPOSITO INCORRECTO Y ME NEGARON EL SERVICIO, NO ME DIERON SOLUCIONES. SOY TRABAJADORA Y ME MANTENGO SOLA. CUANDO EL BANCO NO DIO SOLUCIÓN Y APARTE NO SE QUIZO HACER RESPONSABLE ME QUITARON TODO MI SUELDO EN MI TRABAJO NO ES JUSTO QUE ALGUNOS PAGUEMOS ERRORES DE OTROS.
POR ESO PREFIERO VISITAR OTRO BANCO A REGRESAR A ESTE BOLA DE NEGLIGENTES.
INCOMPETENCE OF THE EMPLOYEES, I AM A WORKER IN THE PLAZA AND GENERALLY TOWARDS DEPOSITS THERE I NEVER SAID THE ACCOUNT NUMBER I ALWAYS GIVE THEM IN WRITING ON ONE OCCASION I MADE 4 DEPOSITS AND OF THOSE 4 THE CASHIER DEPOSITED ONE TO ANY SOME DIFFERENT ACCOUNT HE TOLD ME THAT I WAS MISSING. I MAYBE TO MAKE THE CLARIFICATION WHEN THE COMPANY NOTIFIED ME OF THE INCORRECT DEPOSIT AND THEY DENIED THE SERVICE, THEY DID NOT GIVE ME SOLUTIONS. I AM A WORKER AND I STAY ALONE. WHEN THE BANK DID NOT PROVIDE A SOLUTION AND SEPARATELY WAS NOT TO BE HELD RESPONSIBLE, THEY TAKEN ALL MY SALARY FROM MY WORK IT IS NOT FAIR THAT SOME OF US PAY ERRORS FROM OTHERS.
THAT'S WHY I PREFER TO VISIT ANOTHER BANK TO RETURN TO THIS BALL OF NEGLIGENTS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es más rápido ir hasta el Banamex de Galerías que esperar a que la bola de incompetentes y arrogantes que trabajan ahí te atiendan.
Todos en la fila le dicen al inútil alzado que da turnos algo parecido a "ya vine tres veces" o "me dijeron que viniera otra vez hoy a ver si ya hay sistema" y siempre se van sin que resuelvan sus asuntos.
It's faster to go to Banamex de Galerías than to wait for the bunch of incompetent and arrogant people who work there to serve you.
Everyone in the line tells the useless elevation that takes turns something like "I've already come three times" or "they told me to come again today to see if there is already a system" and they always leave without resolving their issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno de sus cajeros automaticos no me entrego mi cantidad a solicitar, se lo comunico al personal y no son capaces de ayudar con asesoria y solo me dicen qe me comunique a sus telefonos vaya servicios ?
One of their ATMs did not give me my amount to request, I communicate it to the staff and they are not able to help with advice and they only tell me to communicate to their phones what services ?

If you go to this Espacio shopping center, the Banamex ATMs do not work apart from poor service.

La persona a quien tienen atendiende a la entrada solo sabe decir que uses la aplicación
No te deja ni pasar a preguntar qué pasa con tu cuenta y te habla de manera muy déspota
Si no pueden hacer nada más que recibir en cajas no se porque se supone que atienden para servicios también si no hacen nada
Lo único que hacen en esa sucursal es hacer que la gente quiera cambiar a otro banco
Horrible service!
The person they have attends the entrance only knows how to say to use the application
He does not even let you ask what is wrong with your account and he speaks to you in a very despotic way
If they cannot do anything other than receive in boxes, I do not know why they are supposed to attend for services also if they do nothing
All they do at that branch is make people want to switch to another bank
