★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Van de mal en peor, ahora te congelan la cuenta para que respondas un cuestionario, lo respondes y no te la descongelan por semanas. Porqueria de Banco.
 They go from bad to worse, now they freeze your account to answer a questionnaire, you answer it and they don't defrost it for weeks. Bank crap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan mucho en atenderte, mucho más que en otros bancos como Bancomer que tiene un excelente servicio, la máquina que te da los turnos no sirve y eso genera mucho desorden porque todo mundo tiene que hacer fila parado,hay 16 cajas de las cuales funcionan 4, en fin, una muy mala experiencia esta última vez que vine (Sept-2018)

They do not provide good service, they should put Banamex express because they only attend to small matters because they do not attend to anything difficult
