★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor de todas las sucursales banamex que conozco en todo México, se excusan con que no hay sistema, la gente se tiene que formar horas antes de abrir para ser atendido a una hora decente, en atencion a clientes no han podido resolver ninguno de los 10 casos que han atendido en 1 hora, incluyendo el mio. Ademas podrían abrir mas temprano. Estoy formado desde 8:30 (son las 10), aun no han resuelto nada, se puede ver la clara confusión en la cara de la gente detras de los mostradores, te preguntan las mismas cosas 2 o 3 veces y no logran comprender las cosas por completo. Definitivamente no es un banco en donde yo guardaría mi dinero.
The worst of all the banamex branches I know in all of Mexico, they apologize that there is no system, people have to train hours before opening to be served at a decent hour, in customer service they have not been able to solve any of the 10 cases that have been attended in 1 hour, including mine. They could also open earlier. I am formed since 8:30 (it is 10), they have not solved anything yet, you can see the clear confusion on the face of the people behind the counters, they ask you the same things 2 or 3 times and they cannot understand things completely. It is definitely not a bank where I would keep my money.
