★ ★ ★ ★ ★ personal no atienden como deben fue dicriminasion lo que isieron hoy al no poder rretirar del cajero medirigi ala puerta y dure unos minutos un sujeto abrio la puerta para que saliera una persona y antes de que le explicara me serro la puerta en la cara y me dijo q fuera alas oficinas y se dio la media buelta y le camino

Fatal, priority is useless in this branch. Executives wasting time, unattended boxes. Fatal. They give you a cash receipt instead of customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ es el único Banamex cerrado en estas fechas, supongo que por covid pero todos los demás permaneces abiertos, incluso al preguntar por teléfono me dicen que todos los bancos están trabajando normal incluyendo este, pero no es así. Cerrado por la pandemia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo anteriormente lo vi abierto en estos tiempos de cuarentena, pero hoy que tuve que ir a ventanilla había un letrero que decía que esa sucursal estaba cerrada tanto ventanillas como cajeros automáticos por contingencia y que abrirán hasta nuevo aviso.
Las sucursales abiertas son Citibanamex de Plaza Galerías las Torres y De la Torre , enfrente del hotel The Hamptons
I previously saw it open in these quarantine times, but today that I had to go to the window there was a sign that said that that branch was closed both windows and ATMs for contingency and that they will open until further notice.
The branches open are Citibanamex at Plaza Galerías las Torres and De la Torre, in front of The Hamptons hotel
