★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, no es la primera vez que vengo, la atención es mala, los cajeros están en la disposición de atender pero no abastecen a todas las personas que llegan, su resolución de problemas termina en “llame por teléfono”.
Desde que llegué al banco expliqué mi situación, esperé una hora para pasar a ventanilla, no pudieron hacer mi movimiento, me mandaron a que hablara por teléfono o a servicio al cliente.
Very bad service, it is not the first time that I come, the attention is bad, the cashiers are willing to attend but they do not supply all the people who arrive, their resolution of problems ends in "call by phone".
Since I arrived at the bank I explained my situation, I waited an hour to go to the window, they couldn't make my move, they sent me to speak by phone or customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor sucursal en Guadalajara, desde Febrero no me han podido actualizar mis datos correctamente y cuando lo hicieron se volvieron a equivocar, no pueden cambiar una sola letra bien. LO PEOR DE LO PEOR!!!!!
Encima de eso no me han podido activar la app desde hace mas de 2 meses!!! Son unos ineptos los ejecutivos, incluyendo al gerente!!!
The worst branch in Guadalajara, since February they have not been able to update my data correctly and when they did they made a mistake again, they cannot change a single letter correctly. THE WORST OF THE WORSE!!!!!
On top of that they have not been able to activate the app for more than 2 months !!! The executives are inept, including the manager !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo el personal es muy amable nadie fue grocero a diferencia de otras sucursales, solo que en área de aforé si es muy lento el proceso, si vas a ir para tramitar algo de tu afore, te sugiero estés haciendo fila antes de las 9:00 AM.
All the staff are very friendly, no one was rude, unlike other branches, only in the aforé area if the process is very slow, if you are going to go to process something from your afore, I suggest you stand in line before 9:00 A.M.

A big line outside bank to get better service but a little bit disappointment because of wastage of time. It seems a person need to take leave for whole day to just get a service from bank.
