En el área de ventas no respetan los turnos, te hacen esperar hasta una hora o más y atienden a personas que van llegando y se acercan a preguntar sin respetar el tiempo que los demás llevamos esperando. No hay organización. Muy mala idea haber cerrado la sucursal del cosmovitral. No recomiendo está sucursal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no tienen orden y por lo menos cuando fui 2 de las 4 personas que estaban atendiendo el área de ventas estaban hablando y no respetaban los turnos ni los usaban, me dijeron que seguir y nunca llego ese turno, en mi opinión el banco con peor servicio de Toluca
