The service in boxes and customer service is excellent, only when you ask a consultant to open accounts they take too long, last more than 3 hours waiting for 3 shifts to pass

Tome mi turno y pase a la ventanilla, me dijeron que ahorita me atendian y que me sentara para posteriormente pasar directo con la persona. 30 minutos y nada, pregunto amablemente y la encargada me grita y contesta de mala manera, asco. No pueden hacer nada, deberian darle oportunidad de trabajar ahí a gente pas experta y no a mediocres.
Disgust of service, they had me almost an hour for a deposit. Take my turn and go to the window, they told me that right now they were taking care of me and that I should sit down and then go directly to the person. 30 minutes and nothing, I ask kindly and the manager yells at me and answers in a bad way, disgust. They can't do anything, they should give people who are experts and not mediocre people a chance to work there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio al cliente. Me exigieron quitarme la gorra, supuestamente por cuestiones de seguridad y política de Citi. Cómo si yo fuera un maliante o asaltante. Si en realidad Citi son los verdaderos rateros. Los empleados son unos mala caras.
Poor customer service. They asked me to take off my hat, supposedly for Citi security and political reasons. As if I were a thug or a mugger. If in fact Citi are the true thieves. Employees are bad faces.

por que les faltaba una pluma, un sello, feria etc. cuando yo llegue a ser mi fila llegue a las 8 10am y ellos entran desde esa hora y para que no tenga listo todo su material de trabajo es muy molesto para mi
It bothers me how slow the cashiers are, I was the first person to enter the bank when I opened the doors and it took me 20 minutes to attend me.
because they were missing a pen, a stamp, fair etc. when I get to be my line I arrive at 8 10am and they come in from that hour and so I don't have all their work material ready, it's very annoying for me
