★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es increíble que, nada más estén operando los cajeros y las ventanillas u operaciones regulares no existieran, tuvimos que ir a la sucursal de la Avenida Juárez. La única ventaja de ésta sucursal es que tiene estacionamiento.
Si pueden evitar a Banamex háganlo, es que el banco con más quejas a nivel nacional.

If you can avoid Banamex, do it, it is the bank with the most complaints nationwide.

Fui a reponer mi tarjeta ya iba a pasar y pasaron primero a un señor que estaba pagando unas cosas y lo pasaron de ahí ya iba a pasar y resulta que metieron a otra persona porque la habían formado en otra fila qué no era
Se entiende pero igual no era mi problema si ellos mismos lo formaron mal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad service. I needed the swift code and a transfer sheet to send money from my US bank to mexico. The lady gave me a bunch of unnecessary forms and then dissappeared for 10 minutes before I could ask any questions. I waited forever to ask the questions until another banker told me to go to the end of the line before I got my chance to ask a question. Screw them I'll go to one of the other 4 banks next door or across the street
